Neutralising Primer
This water and smudge-resistant primer conceals or ‘neutralises’ colour-related flaws, leaving the skin soft and supple.
Application: most facial flaws are colour-related. To make flaws less obvious, first neutralise them. It is impostant to know what colour the flaw is and which colour will neutralise it. Dark under-eye circles are bluish flaws while birthmarks and acne are red. To neutralise red blemishes, acne and blotchy skin (red) use a green neutralising primer. To neutralise pigmentation or darkcircles under the eyes (bluish) use an orange neutralising primer. Finally cover with concealer and follow up with foundation.
