How to Order

Telephone or email us with your order. If you need advice on what to order, we will be delighted to discuss your needs or answer any queries you may have. All e-mailed orders will be acknowledged by a return email. Orders must be accompanied by payment either by one of the major credit or debit cards, by Switch or by a cheque on a UK bank. Orders paid for by cheque will only be dispatched once the cheque has cleared. For payments made by credit or debit card or by Switch, for security reasons please supply card details over the phone not by email. We make every effort to ensure that prices are correctly shown, however we reserve the right to alter prices without prior notification due to unforeseen circumstances.

Delivery

Please allow up to 10 days from date of placing an order for delivery. If we are out of stock of any item we will of course let you know immediately and tell you when we expect to have it in. Orders are sent by Royal Mail. Our post and package rate is £1 for the first item and 50p for each additional item thereafter. We can offer next day delivery by Royal Mail Special Delivery at extra cost. Please ask if required.
